The fruits are round and large in size, with an average single fruit weight of approximately 285 grams, and the largest can reach over 600 grams. When ripe, the fruit surface is white with a slight red tint or completely red. The flesh is white, sticky, with fine and hard-crisp texture, and the soluble solids content is 15%-20%. Some tests have shown it can reach over 25%. The taste is crisp, sweet, juicy and has a rich aroma.
It has strong storage and transportation capabilities. At room temperature, it can be stored for 7-10 days, and in refrigeration, it can last for more than 30 days. It has a long shelf life, making it suitable for long-distance transportation.
