Known as the “Creamy Flat Peach” (奶油蟠桃) in the market, this variety is prized for its striking white appearance, high sugar content, and excellent eating quality.

Appearance:
This variety features a distinctive flat, saucer-like shape with smooth, hairless skin. When bagged, the fruit develops a beautiful pure white skin with a light pink blush — a unique and highly marketable appearance. The flesh is pure white, crisp, and fine-textured.

Flavor:
Exceptionally sweet and aromatic, with a soluble solids content of 16%–18% (reaching up to 20% when fully mature). The hard-melting flesh provides a satisfying crisp bite with rich, honey-like sweetness.

Size:
Average fruit weight is 200g, with large specimens reaching over 400g under optimal management.
