Appearance:
The fruit is flat-round with a striking purple-black skin covered in a powdery white bloom. When cut open, the bright red flesh creates a beautiful color contrast that is highly marketable. The flesh is fine-textured, low in fiber, and juicy .

Flavor & Aroma:
True to its name, Flavorosa has a distinctive rose flower aroma  and a rich, sweet flavor. Soluble solids content ranges from 15.2% to 18.5% , making it sweeter than most traditional plums and apricots .
